In cooperation with the Oregon Culinary Institute (Portland), Elixir Vitae Wine & Spirits Academy is offering the Certified Specialist of Spirits ‘Spirits Intensive ‘ package, with an eight hour instructor-led “Spirits Intensive”, including a comprehensive tasting of more than forty spirits.
The entire package consists of the CSS Study Guide, the Spirits Intensive and Tasting Program, and one examination sitting. Professional certification requires a score of 75 or more from an objective test of 100 points within one hour.
